A Spanish  coffee drink made with espresso and a roughly equal amount of steamed milk of choice.

Latte*

Espresso and steamed milk, topped with a thin layer of foamed milk.

Organic Matcha*

Traditional Japanese matcha powder (finely ground green tea leaves) mixed with steamed milk.

Hot Cocoa / Steamer

Steamed milk mixed with Dark Chocolate Monin syrup or flavor syrup of choice.

DBC Hop Water

Hopped seltzer water. Available in Citrus or Hibiscus.

Cold Brew

Our Midnight dark roast steeped for 18+ hours for maximum caffeine and flavor extraction.

Double shot of our haus-roasted espresso topped with filtered water.

A classic Italian coffee drink made with roughly equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk.

Breakfast Burrito

A warm flour tortilla stuffed with your choice of  Sausage, Bacon, Chorizo, or Veggie, scrambled eggs, crispy “rösti” hashbrowns, and rich haus-made green chili cheese sauce. Served with a side of chili verde for an extra fresh kick.

Swiss Breakfast Rösti

A crispy potato “rösti” hashbrown topped with sautéed tomatoes and caramelized onions, crispy bacon, and melted Fontina cheese. Finished with two perfectly fried eggs and a sprinkle of chives for a fresh & savory delight.

Everything Bagel

Toasted with choice of Cream Cheese and/or Butter.

New England-style baked apple cake donuts coated in cinnamon sugar.

Bavarian Soft Pretzel

Locally-made, authentic soft pretzel served warm & salted, with haus-made Cider & Thyme Cheese Dip.

Swiss Rösti Plate

A traditional gluten-free Swiss dish! Crispy, shredded potato hashbrowns alongside a flavorful grilled  bratwurst. Accompanied by cornichons (mini pickles), spicy mustard, and a spring greens salad tossed in a vinaigrette dressing.

Frickadellen (Swiss Burger)

1/4 lb. Angus beef patty covered in melted Swiss cheese, piled with fresh Spring greens, and topped with our signature Butter-Braised Bacon Sauerkraut. Served on a classic butter-toasted pretzel bun with our haus burger sauce, along with sides of potato chips and coleslaw.

Jäger Schnitzel

Made-to-order thin & crispy breaded fried pork atop shredded potato hashbrowns and topped with our haus-made traditional Jäger Sauce (a savory mushroom brown gravy). Served with a lemon wedge.

Swiss Dip

Thin-sliced roast beef served open-faced on grilled ciabatta. Brushed with a subtle layer of creamy horseradish spread & topped with gooey melted Swiss cheese. Served toasted with a side of warm haus-made au jus for dipping, along with potato chips and coleslaw.

Käse Spätzle

Swiss Mac N’ Cheese! Butter-grilled spätzle (rolled German egg noodles) tossed with caramelized onions, our haus jaeger mushrooms, and gooey melted Swiss cheese. A favorite traditional meal of The Dufresne Family’s (owners of The Waldschänke)!

Tomato Basil Flatbread

Baked flatbread brushed with creamy pesto sauce and topped with gooey mozzarella, dried basil leaves, and vine-ripened tomato. Drizzled with a rich, tangy balsamic glaze and a dash of flaked salt & cracked black pepper.

German Bratwurst

Ultra-flavorful, locally-sourced pork bratwurst served on a butter-toasted brioche bun, topped with spicy stone-ground mustard, grilled onions, & traditional sauerkraut. Served with sides of potato chips and coleslaw.
