Inspired by our grandfather’s woodland tavern in Switzerland—a welcoming spot where friends and neighbors gathered to share classic cider, good food, and lively stories—we created Waldschänke as a place for today’s community to do the same.
As a small, family-run cidery and coffeehouse, we believe in keeping things simple, honest, and full of heart.
