Our Philosophy
Inspired by our grandfather’s woodland tavern in Switzerland—a welcoming spot where friends and neighbors gathered to share classic cider, good food, and lively stories—we created Waldschänke as a place for today’s community to do the same.
As a small, family-run cidery and coffeehouse, we believe in keeping things simple, honest, and full of heart. Every cider we make is crafted with care, easy to enjoy, and best shared with good company.
