Here at The Waldschänke, we take the same care with our coffee as we do with our cider.

All of our beans are responsibly sourced from small, family-run farms, ensuring not just top-tier quality but also supporting sustainable farming practices. Each batch is roasted right here in our taproom, inspired by the easy-going nature of a European café but with a distinctly Colorado twist. Our Head Roaster, passionate and meticulous, pours his heart into every roast, crafting unique flavors that evolve with the seasons. Just like our ciders, we select beans at their peak, resulting in roasts that are constantly changing to reflect the very best in quality and flavor.

We invite you to enjoy your coffee on our spacious patio, where the mountain air and warm community atmosphere set the perfect stage for a relaxing break. Our café menu is crafted with the same dedication to quality, offering handmade burritos, authentic French quiche, and scrumptious pastries.
